Google’s AMP project introduced an interesting new feature called Dynamic Email back in March. Google’s Gmail, along with others like Outlook, started testing the new feature on their respective email clients. And today, Google is announcing that it will be generally available for Gmail users on July 2. The feature will be enabled by default for new users, while everyone else will be part of a gradual rollout. Dynamic Email is a really interesting idea that allows users to interact with their emails.
So for example, if you get a comment in Google Docs, for example, you’d simply be able to reply to that comment right from Gmail, without having to leave your inbox. Booking.com, Despegar, Doodle, Ecwid, Freshworks, Nexxt, OYO Rooms, Pinterest and redBus will also be using AMP Email to offer interactive emails right on your inbox.
