Fallout Legacy Collection Confirmed for Germany and UK – DualShockers

October 6, 2019 5: 02 PM EST October 6, 2019 5: 02 PM EST The Fallout Legacy Collection, featuring every series title, has been officially announced but with a catch: it will only launch for UK and Germany. Earlier this month a leak on Amazon Germany lead to the reveal of a Fallout Legacy collection, which would contain every Fallout title to date with the exception of Fallout 76. Thanks to a recent tweet from the official UK account, however, that leak has been proven true and the collection is now available for preorder: ‘Please stand by’ for pre-order in the UK! A collection of #Fallout titles for PC featuring Fallout, Fallout 2, Fallout Tactics, Fallout 3 GOTY, Fallout: New Vegas Ultimate Edition, and Fallout 4 GOTY. This product will be released on 25th of October in Germany and the UK. pic.twitter.com/O4x28FLAhs — Bethesda UK (@Bethesda_UK) October 4, 2019 The collection will be coming to PC only (since the first two titles were never ported to other platforms) and includes Fallout, Fallout 2, Fallout Tactics, Fallout 3 GOTY, Fallout: New Vegas Ultimate Edition, and Fallout 4 GOTY. And just as before in the leak, Fallout 76 is nowhere to be found. The collection will be coming out on October 25th and is an absolute steal for only €39.99. However, there is some major bad news for fans of the franchise outside of Germany and UK. Bethesda seems to have no plans to release the set outside of those two regions, a fact confirmed on Twitter when asked the same question by a fan: Fallout Legacy will release in UK and Germany only. — Bethesda UK (@Bethesda_UK) October 4, 2019 Hopefully if the collection proves to be popular, Bethesda will consider releasing the games to the rest of the West. Until then, fans outside Germany and UK might have to order copies from there to get their fix. In other news, Fallout 76 received new updates such as Battle Royale mode, Nuclear Winter,a new map, some new raids, and a new updated roadmap. There was also a new patch for the title including changes to the Charleston Capitol Courthouse. These changes include a reworked layout and design that reflects better on the Key to the Past questline. Additionally, the main Capitol building and courthouse have been divided into two separate areas. This allowed the developers to adjust the difficulty of the enemies in each location. The patch also features new changes to Nuclear Winter including toning down overpowered weapons and increasing a Radaway’s effectiveness. A new item being added is the Staircase Quick Kit, which gives players the ability to move up steep terrain quicker.
